A little help before you order
From choosing your photo to receiving your portrait.
Choose a clear, well-lit photo with faces and important details fully visible. Avoid dark, blurry, heavily filtered, or tightly cropped images.
For pets, an eye-level photo that clearly shows the eyes, ears, and markings works best. For multi-pet portraits, separate photos are welcome; similar lighting and angles help. For people and family portraits, choose a photo that captures the expression or memory you want to keep.

Your artwork preview is sent by email within 1–2 business days. If you select the rush preview option, it is available within 6–18 hours.
Unlimited revisions before final approval are included. Review your artwork and tell us what you would like adjusted. Production starts only after you approve the final design.
Your portrait is usually delivered within 7–12 business days after you approve the artwork, including production and shipping. All orders include tracking.
Because every portrait is personalized, we do not accept standard returns. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
