Upload a clear photo during checkout. For pet portraits, a close-up photo at eye level usually works best. For people, couples, or families, choose a photo with clear faces and natural lighting.
3. We create your artwork preview
Our team prepares a custom artwork preview based on your selected style and uploaded photo. This preview lets you see the direction of the portrait before production begins.
4. Request revisions before approval
If something needs adjustment, you can request changes before the final artwork is approved for production. We want the portrait to feel right before it becomes a finished piece.
5. Production and tracked delivery
After approval, your artwork is prepared, quality checked, packaged, and shipped with tracking. Delivery time depends on your selected product, destination, and how quickly the preview is approved.
