GLEAMIFY LIMITED is the data controller unless otherwise stated.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• order and transaction information, including products, customization choices, order status, and payment status. Payment-card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us in full;
• content you submit for customized products, including photos, pet or person names, text, style choices, and revision instructions;
• device, browser, cookie, IP address, usage, referral, and interaction information;
• messages, reviews, survey responses, and customer-support records; and
• information received from Shopify, payment providers, shipping partners, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other service providers.

How we use personal information

Custom photos and artwork

We use customer-provided photos and customization details to create, review, produce, fulfil, and support the requested order. Our production workflow may use AI-assisted tools together with human review. We do not publish customer photos or finished custom artwork in marketing or public portfolios without separate permission, unless disclosure is required by law or needed to resolve misuse or a dispute.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate our business, including Shopify; payment processors; hosting, security, IT, customer-service, analytics, and marketing providers; design, production, quality-control, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery partners; professional advisers; and government or legal authorities where required.
