Shipping Policy

Every Gleamify order is personalized and made to order. Estimated delivery time includes artwork preparation, preview approval, production, quality inspection, packaging, and carrier transit.

Preview and production

We normally prepare your artwork preview within 24-48 hours after receiving the required photo and customization details. Production starts only after you approve the preview and normally takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping origin and delivery time

Orders normally ship from Hong Kong. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information.

Shipping fees

We currently provide free standard shipping on all orders. Tracking is included where available.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to show its first carrier update.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment has begun.

Delayed, lost, or returned packages

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, email us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist where reasonably possible. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, carrier restrictions, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
