Pinterest API Privacy Notice

GLEAMIFY LIMITED operates the Gleamify Organic Content Publisher, a first-party internal publishing tool used only by authorized Gleamify team members to manage content on Gleamify's own Pinterest Business account.

Pinterest data we access

After an authorized team member connects the Pinterest Business account through Pinterest OAuth, the tool may access the authenticated account's basic identity, available boards, Pins, Pin publication status, and basic Pin analytics. The tool also receives OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to perform authorized Pinterest API requests.

How we use Pinterest data

We use this data only to verify the connected Gleamify Pinterest account, select existing boards, create and manage Gleamify Pins, attach titles, descriptions, and GleamifyArt destination links, prevent duplicate publication, and produce internal publication and performance reports.

What we do not do

We do not request or store Pinterest passwords or browser session cookies. We do not scrape Pinterest, sell Pinterest data, use Pinterest data for unrelated advertising profiles, provide Pinterest data to data brokers, or permit external users to publish through this internal tool.

Storage, security, and retention

OAuth tokens and operational records are restricted to authorized Gleamify personnel and protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Tokens are retained only while the Pinterest connection is active and are deleted or invalidated when access is revoked or the integration is no longer required. Publication records may be retained for legitimate operational, security, duplicate-prevention, and compliance purposes.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

The connected Pinterest account owner may revoke the App's access from Pinterest account settings. To request deletion of Pinterest-related data held by GLEAMIFY LIMITED, contact support@gleamifyart.com. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize applicable data unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
