Google API Privacy Disclosure
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This disclosure explains how GLEAMIFY LIMITED handles information accessed through Google APIs for Gleamify Reporting, a private first-party internal reporting and diagnostics tool.
Google data we access
- Google Search Console site-performance and URL-indexing information, accessed read-only.
- Google Ads account, campaign, ad, keyword, search-term, and conversion-reporting information, accessed read-only.
- OAuth authorization metadata needed to maintain the approved connection.
How we use Google data
We use this information only for first-party reporting, diagnostics, and purchase-signal monitoring for Gleamify's own website and accounts. Gleamify Reporting does not create or modify Google Ads settings and is not offered as a public or client-facing service.
Storage and security
OAuth refresh tokens are stored only in a local access-controlled environment. OAuth access tokens are transient and are not persisted by the reporting connector. Internal reports retain only the information needed for reporting and diagnostics.
Access is restricted to authorized internal personnel. Credentials are kept out of public pages, reports, source control, and conversation records, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect the data.
Sharing and sale of data
Google user data is not sold, used for third-party advertising, exposed to the public, or supplied as a client-facing service. We do not transfer Google user data to unrelated third parties, except where required by law or where limited service infrastructure is necessary to operate and secure the approved internal tool.
Retention, deletion, and revocation
Google API data and authorization records are retained only while needed for the purposes described above. You can revoke access through the connected Google Account's security and third-party connections settings. For questions or deletion requests, contact support@gleamifyart.com.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Gleamify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
